Challenges: The existing outdoor area was under-utilised and lacked appeal. The client wanted a complete alfresco upgrade — shading, heat, and a stylish, inviting environment that reflected Gaucho’s premium dining experience.
Solution: Alfresco Solutions designed and installed a bespoke outdoor setup tailored to the space and client needs:
Two 5 m × 5 m square parasols for maximum shading and flexibility.
One 6 m × 3 m MDT parasol to cover the main seating area.
Two bespoke New York‑style overdoor canopies for architectural interest and entrance appeal.
Matching planters and café banners to enhance style and branding continuity.
Integrated heating in the parasols, ensuring year-round comfort.
Result: The once dull exterior was transformed into a vibrant, head-turning alfresco space. Guests now enjoy shaded, heated seating in a visually striking environment, while Gaucho benefits from increased visibility, guest flow, and an extended outdoor dining season.
