Challenges: With demand for safe, socially distanced dining rising during Covid-19, Sheesh needed to expand their seating quickly. The challenge was to convert part of their car park into a functional yet stylish dining area that matched their existing courtyard.
Solution: Following a detailed site visit, we recommended six large commercial parasols, strategically positioned to maximise coverage and guest comfort. Careful planning ensured the new setup complemented Sheesh’s established style while creating a practical, weather-protected space.
Result: The new parasols transformed an unused car park into an inviting dining space that increased capacity and maintained Sheesh’s high-end atmosphere. This solution helped the venue continue operating safely during Covid-19, while also enhancing their long-term outdoor offering.
